Growing up in a musical family, Aaron’s father Tom “fingers” Farnsworth--a pianist in rock and roll for over 40 years, introduced him to records, sounds, and flavors that made San Francisco’s psychedelic sound famous. Joining forces with friends, fingers dived into San Francisco’s underground house movement in 1994 and things were never the same. Fingers answered his musical calling and started buying vinyl in the summer of 1995. Armed with his musical influences, he made tapes for friends and fellow party people and soon the word spread on finger’s vibe -- bring good music to the table and make people smile.

Upon arriving in San Diego in 2000, fingers got himself involved with collectives and venues such as Club Lipgloss, Bar Dynamite, ButtaBeats Productions, Global Journey’s, Pauli P Productions, APB, and others that were involved the spreading of the gospel. The psychedelic flavor and sound that fingers was bringing – San Diegans were eating it up. This led to gigs with some of his heroes such as Kevin Yost, Doc Martin, Dj Sneak, Halo, Hipp-e, Lance DeSardi, Mike “Agent X” Clark, and Roy Davis Jr.

After a move to Humboldt County in 2003 and joining forces with the local collective DeepGrooveSociety, fingers played some of his most memorable shows with and to some of the best house-heads in California. Fingers and DGS also started a monthly event in September 2005 called “Mint” and brought in such acts as Sen-Sei, Anthony Garlic, Gabriel Black, and Neon Leon.

Now back in San Diego, fingers has again found that burning desire to light up the dance floor and is currently looking to gig for good parties wherever there are amazing people!
